I had such a great time! The guides at Sandhills were very professional and experienced. They went out of their way to accommodate me and make sure I had a memorable hunt. The birds were fantastic and numerous and the dogs were incredible! This was my daughter's first hunt and the guys were very patient and helpful to her. She even enjoyed her missed shots! I asked them to provide a relaxed "down home" atmosphere with good dogs and good flying birds. I had the privilege of pheasant hunting with Sandhills Adventures 4 separate times in the 2007/2008 season. Every trip was so good I just had to keep coming back for more! They have the best natural habitat for wild pheasants I have seen in a longtime, spanning a lifetime passion of pheasant hunting that includes over 3 decades of hunting Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and even South Dakota. Their "small town" atmosphere is not only enjoyable but refreshing. I was shown plenty of wild birds every day, sometimes even seeing flushes of 20-30 birds at a time. The end result was that I had ample opportunities to bag a limit of wild birds every day of every hunt. Brad, Kevin and Rudy are not only knowledgeable and friendly, they are also great to kick back and relax with at the end of each day.
